Capture Ties

In this course, Gorgone teaches three separate “capture ties” with their model Lexi.

Unlike many more structured ties, these fun, quick and infinitely adaptable ties focus on using the body to lock itself instead of using a lot of rope to lock the body. Each tie starts with a lark’s head instead of a single-column tie meaning there’s very little technique involved, so they’re very simple to achieve as well as being ultra-efficient.

These beginner-friendly capture ties are perfect for dynamic play with the concept lending itself to plenty of further experimentation and exploration.
