Dynamic Movement In Self-Suspension
Part of Rebound Week! This session is making a special return until September 28.
An exercise in motion
Class type: Tie-along
Duration: 60 minutes
Level: Advanced
Props: 4-6 hanks of rope, safety shears
Take flight in this self-suspension focused class that is all about moving your body, not your uplines.
In this class aimed at practiced self-suspenders, Burgundy Rose demonstrates how to use asymmetry, gravity and body mechanics to create dynamic transitions in the air without changing any uplines.
Prior suspension experience is necessary to follow along: knowledge of structural harnesses and some experience with uplines is recommended.

Thank you! It’s a custom-made “qube” frame by a maker in the UK called Sweet_Torments (you can find them on Fetlife under that handle)

This style of dynamic movement in self tying, but also the way Burgundy Rose teaches are both very inspiring! Thank you for this!
