Forward Fold Predicament
In this class, Tamandua teaches a standing predicament with his model Alma.
This simple yet highly effective predicament offers a delicious mix of pressure and fatigue-based stress. The legs tied into the chest will challenge the bottom's balance and force them to push on their toes to relieve the pressure.
Shifting weight onto the chest harness will relieve the waist but increase the compression of the chest area, rendering breathing more challenging. Vice versa, when shifting weight away from the chest, pressure on the waist will become more painful.
The tie itself is fairly simple to execute and is ideal for those who enjoy playing with "slow burn" positions, giving time to the predicament to build up slowly and become increasingly challenging and pleasurable. You can add accents such as hair rope or gag to add more sensations.
In this class Tam uses a TK (boxtie), but you can feel free to replace it with another chest harness that suits your preference and risk profile better.
