Front-Hands Harness
In this class, Gestalta teaches their Front-Hands Harness with their model Kyle.
This harness is a perfect alternative to the TK without shoulder pain. The low, crossed position of the arms in front of the body allows the hands and fingers to drop elegantly in a similar fashion to a high-hands TK.
In the two suspension videos Gestalta demonstrates this harness being used for two different full suspensions: a simple but challenging face-up and a more comfortable torsion that pairs the harness with her Willow Tie. It was both Kyle and Estella's first time being suspended and they both felt very comfortable in this harness!
