The second class in the course offers a practical positional study dedicated to skills and knowledge that are essential long before you even begin to place your ropes. With a focus primarily on body manipulation and body awareness, this class is key to understanding how to create a comfortable, safe and sustainable TK.

The third class offers a comprehensive demonstration of tying the TK, considerations that will come up as you tie as well as common mistakes people make when tying TKs and how to avoid them. Finally, Gorgone explores the pros and cons of adding a third rope to your TKs.
