Half-Basket Harness

In this video Gestalta teaches the Half-Basket Harness used in their Kata-Ashi masterclass with their model Evitrii.

This suspendable structure is inspired by the more restrictive Basket Tie but with only one leg bound to the waist instead of both. This variation allows more movement in the body and therefore more versatile suspensions while still offering a very restrictive feeling and traditional look.

This tie can also be used for Floor Play by beginner practitioners.
