It’s not just riggers who need to “learn the ropes”; bottoming comes with its own set of essential skills too.

In this class, Anya Demure and Donna TheOneWithTheMouth will discuss important bottoming skills such as body awareness, communication, and vetting. They will also cover physical and emotional aspects of safety before, during, and after a scene. This class incorporates hands-on exercises throughout so that attendees can practice some of these skills.

This class welcomes bottoms, tops, and switches alike because these skills are valuable for everyone. The discussion however, will center the voices, perspectives, and needs of rope bottoms (people in rope / people who get tied).
