Kinoko's Forearm Binder
In this class, Hajime Kinoko teaches his Forearm Binder with his model Maya Homerton.
Equal parts bold and intricate, straightforward and complex, when used on its own, this snug structure’s impressive aesthetic belies just how easy it is to tie – in fact, it’s perfect for Shibari beginners. It can also offer an exciting challenge to more practiced students wanting to use it for suspension.
This forearm binder works well for vertical suspensions with most of the load on the lower body and care should be taken not to create too much load on the hands. We recommend using it paired with our Hip Loader (or a hip-loaded variation of the Butterfly Harness) to create stunning and comfortable vertical suspensions that ask nothing more of the bottom’s hands and arms than to look beautiful!

Can this hold a full suspension orkisnit only for partial suspension? Is there an additional rope that would make it full suspension worthy like with gorgons strappado?

Thanks for your question! We recommend a vertical suspension where most of the load is on the lower body (using our Hip Loader or the hip-loaded variation of the Butterfly Harness for example), as it's important not to create too much load on the arms with this harness.
