Self-Tying The Chest
In this series of tutorials, Anna Bones will teach various chest ties suitable for self-tying with her model… herself!
While many Shibari Study harnesses can be adapted for self-tying, this four-part course is our first dedicated content focused specifically on self-tying and should give solo rope practitioners a far more nuanced insight as well as specialized tips and tricks for rope bondage without a partner.
The first video eases into self-tying with a super easy pattern that keeps all the knots in the front of the tie. The second is little more challenging, with the knots in the back, while the third class steps things up again with extra decorative elements. The last video is the final boss and will challenge budding self-tyers with knots in the back as well as aesthetic additions.
We encourage all Shibari Study students, whether beginners or experienced in tying on others, to challenge yourself to this super fun series and perhaps even begin a new self-tying journey!

Yes! As with the original Butterfly Harness, the self-tie version is suitable for suspensions too :)
