As well as the mesmerizing session, they give a short-but-insightful demonstration of how they communicate and prepare for rope scenes by checking in, reflecting on the day and how that might have impacted their tying plans, and then discussing options and variations based on how they’re feeling.

Constructive criticism on the editing - you pull focus away - cut away from some of the smaller intricate details of the tie. Example: the y hanger. I would have liked to see how she completed it - and maybe talking through why she did a quick pull on the second? knot. Couldn't tell what exactly the process is for some of these detailed areas.
