Simple Arm Harnesses
In this step-by-step shibari course, Gorgone teaches examples of simple and fun arm ties with their model Jewelryandfire. These easy to execute arm harnesses use knots and frictions learned in the Beginner Course combined together to create a variety of full ties that can be tied on a partner.
The Arm Ladder Ties uses beginner knots and frictions to create an eye-catching and effective arms-in-front harness that can be a great introduction to body handling and floor play while also being comfortable and sustainable for the person being tied.
The Simple Neck Hug is an ideal tie to begin to play with a sense restriction in ropes, by wrapping the arms of the person being tied around their neck. However, it’s designed for safety too with a clever Yuki fix system incorporated to make untying quick and fuss-free.
Always remember to communicate with your partner to make sure the tie suits their specific needs and preferences. Make adjustments accordingly or untie and seek further advice from a skilled rigger if you cannot find an appropriate solution on your own.
