In this class, Gestalta teaches a Teppo with a twist and ideal for floor play with their model Olivia.

This free-form version of the Teppo can easily be modified or adapted to suit your partner's anatomy and preference. The final position demonstrated in the class is designed to compromise the model's balance, making it a simple but challenging floor-based predicament tie.
