Torsions On A Ring

In this class, Gorgone teaches two basic torsion suspensions on a ring with her model Mickael. Torsions can be quite challenging, especially when tied on a ring instead of a bamboo and if not executed smoothly and progressively on both sides of the rope.

In the first class, Gorgone teaches a basic 'S' suspension and explains the importance of uplines levels with the more severe angles created by a ring and how the model can actively participate in creating a smooth lift into the air. In the second video, she demonstrates a low suspension using the Basket Tie and her TK2 for a more gentle torsion.

Feel free to replace the TK with any other tie that suits your partner's needs better if needed.
