Kinoko's Ketsuzuri

In this shibari tutorial, Kinoko teaches two variations of a Ketsuzuri with his model hua hua.

When it comes to the erotic applications of your shibari skills, suspensions and practical ties for bedroom bondage may – often, rightly – seem worlds apart. However, in this course, Kinoko offers an advanced approach to his Bedroom Bondage, designed for those riggers and models with plenty of suspension experience to be able to apply those skills during intimate play. As he explains in this two-part course, the ketsuzuri shape is perfect for exposure, spanking and ‘people who love butts’.

In the first video, Kinoko teaches a face-down variation of the vulnerable ketsuzuri position, starting with his updated TK3 as a base.

In the second video, Kinoko demonstrates how the same position can be loaded and suspended from the front, so creating a face-up variation – same shape, new angles for exploration!

This class is suitable for advanced practitioners with some suspension experience. Always remember to keep your skill set in mind when applying techniques from any Shibari Study class to your own rope practice. Remember, too, that consent and negotiation are integral to all types of rope play. Before beginning to experiment with these ties, decide in advance how you will use these ties, check in regularly during and remember that play can be stopped at any time if either partner feels uncomfortable.
