Minimalistic Chest Ties

Gorgone

In this step-by-step shibari course, Gorgone teaches two easy and minimalistic chest ties with their mode Aleks.

In the Open Prayer Tie class, the hands and arms are incorporated into an easy chest harness that snugly secures them to the front of the body with the hands in an ‘open prayer’ position with various options for a more comfortable – or more intense – tie.

In the minimalist TK class, Gorgone teaches a simplified version of the classic arms-behind-the-back takate kote or TK for floor-play purposes. While not appropriate for suspending, this TK-inspired tie offers more leeway in terms of flexibility and is ideal for starting to explore this position.

These ties are suitable for most bodies and can be easily adapted to the flexibility and preferences of the person being tied, making them ideal for beginner floor play sessions using just one or two ropes.
