I have to admit, I am really struggling with this one. The rope keeps falling and I am not sure how to improve my rope handling.Show replies (3)

I hope is not too late and you have not given up. But for you or anyone struggling with these kinds of ties, work on your tensions. Don't be afraid of putting a bit more pressure on the ropes. Rope sliding in these kinds of ties is usually because of not enough tension.

That makes sense! Some of the rope handling here is tricky! Can you say more about which part of the tie is failing?

You can do all these ties on a partner if you prefer of course! Or adapt them to your own body and flexibility. Shibari is all about finding out what works for each unique body type and preference ;-)
