Neko Harness

In this class, Tamandua teaches the Neko Harness with his model Mie Neko.

More than just a beautiful hishi tie, this hands-free and beginner-friendly harness is built for sensation-play, all the way from the various pressure points to the stimulating (or threatening) crotch rope. Combine it with other arm ties taught on this site (e.g. Tamandua's Bunny Tie, Strappado, Bamboo Tengu and Teppo, Kinoko's Forearm Binder, Gorgone's Neck-hug or Ladder Tie) for a tie as multifaceted as the gem it’s named after.

This harness is presented here as a floor-play tie but there’s no reason it can’t be used as a suspension go-to if you remove the crotch rope and reinforce the back. We leave it to our most advanced users to figure out the few modifications that might be required to make this harness suspension-worthy and suitable for their partner's unique needs.

Femboy here, if I padded my chest for this tie, would it make it easiet to keep the gap between the rope on top of my chest and under where my nonexistant tiddies would be?

  Thanks so much for your question! We would recommend trying what you think might work best for you and labbing with the tie to see how it fits. Theoretically, adding padding will help support the line placements, but tighter tension may also help with this as well. We hope that you are able to find a fit that works best for you!

Beautiful, but how much rope is recomended?

  The amount of rope needed to complete a tie varies according to the length of rope you are using and the size of your partner. For this harness 2 to 3 rope of average length (8m) should be enough!

Quick Review: This harness is very handy if you're looking for something fun to do on a model with an arm injury (I'd just had tattoo work when we first tried it), or for something that's more easily concealed under clothing. Of course, the site recommends some great combos with other ties that are all worth trying out, too. It's a constrictive harness that lends itself to well-placed knots on the crotch rope, so it's perfect for discreet torture. That said, it can also be given a bit of space and it's very pretty, so we think it's also a good option as wearable rope for an event (you can leave out the crotch rope if it interferes with clothing worn under the rope). As always, clear instruction and good filming made this tutorial a pleasure to follow. We enjoy that Tamandua is not prescriptive at all times about where to place rope or whether an extra loop around is necessary or just pretty. Less experienced riggers can still follow easily and won't get lost.
